SNIP WV is in need of compassionate people that are ready to make a difference in the animal welfare of our community. ​

We are looking for motivated, reliable volunteers.

We have a variety of volunteer opportunities available including, but not limited to the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities

• Assisting in checking patients in and out

• Monitoring patients after being anesthetized 

• Housekeeping of the kennels and public spaces

• Answering phone calls 

• Helping with weekend events such as vaccine clinics and community educational events.

 

Expectations

• Work in collaboration with the staff at SNIP WV 

• Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with the public

• Support our mission and advocate for spay and neuter

• Reliably show up to shifts that have been agreed upon
